JCKZ-4 of Oil Pollution Sensor

Main features

Six channels with any particle size can be set in the detection range (1 ~ 100 μ m or 4 ~ 70 μ m (c)); Built-in ISO4406, NAS1638, GJB420A-96, GJB420B-06 and other common standards; Can directly give the channel particle number and pollution level, with good repeatability; Built-in two calibration curves, which can be calibrated according to ISO4402 or ISO11171 standards; OLED display, thin film touch key operation; Monitor that flow through the sensor in real time;

Summarize

JCKZ-4 is a highly accurate and compact on-line particle counter. Using the principle of shading, it can accurately test the particle number and grade of oil contamination through multidimensional dynamic monitoring of oil contamination parameters generated by laser irradiation. It provides a cost-effective solution for on-line oil contamination monitoring in the current industrial field.
