GS-4212 of Metal wear particle monitoring sensor

Main features

Latest technology
Real-time Monitoring of Metal Wear and Faulty Particles in Oil Real-time Oil Cleanliness "Health Check" Identify bearing and gear damage Structural Fastening-No Moving Parts, High Reliability High temperature operation Three-channel synchronous output Fine Channel: Displays accumulated fine abrasive particles and provides a reliable indicator of oil cleanliness. Coarse channel: large abrasive particles are detected, indicating possible bearing or gear damage. 3th Channel: Detect Oil Moisture Content/Oil Temperature

Summarize

The metal wear debris detection sensor adsorbs wear ferromagnetic metal particles through magnetic materials, and can respectively output wear concentrations of small particles and large particles through a magnetic field analysis method, and a third channel integrating dielectric constant or temperature outputs feedback on particle pollution and moisture pollution conditions of oil liquid, timely feeds back equipment state information, plays a role of failure early warning, reduces failure risks and reduces economic losses through equipment health management.
