Product Description

The JC880 Digital Output Pressure Transmitter is a new-generation intelligent digital product featuring high accuracy, high reliability, and ease of use and installation. The product supports a wide voltage range, has low power consumption, and incorporates a multi-level protection design for strong interference resistance. With a standard I²C bus, a maximum data rate of 400 kbps, and a sampling rate of 50 times per second, the transmitter consumes less than 1 mA during operation and 1 μA in standby mode. The standard I²C communication protocol makes this transmitter particularly suitable for computer control systems.

The pressure housing of the JC880 digital output pressure transmitter is machined from a single piece of 17-4PH stainless steel, providing high overload capacity. Its pressure ports are free of welds, silicone oil, or other organic substances, ensuring excellent sealing performance. The sensor’s active element is firmly sintered onto the pressure housing using glass micro-fusion technology, significantly enhancing the sensor’s resistance to high temperatures and vibrations. This ensures the transmitter’s long-term stability, reliability, and durability in harsh industrial environments. During the standard cleanroom manufacturing process, all parameters are strictly controlled, and the entire product undergoes rigorous testing and aging screening of components, semi-finished products, and finished products, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
